Are there any size limits to what you can move?
We’re happy to move any hot tub or swim spa that is safe for our service technicians to move with our equipment (and can subcontract specialty equipment if needed).
Safety depends on the size and condition of the unit, as well as its location and accessibility (and potentially other outlying factors). Since each move is unique, please reach out so we can together evaluate and let you know what’s possible.

Will you pick up & deliver a tub I bought on a Marketplace site (FaceBook, Craigslist, etc.)?
We will pick up and move a tub that is purchased on a third-party Marketplace site. However, the purchaser must be present to do final inspection of the hot tub and finalize the transaction.
We highly recommend you have one of our Service Technicians help you inspect any used hot tub before finalizing your transaction to ensure the tub is in good, operable condition and can be safely moved. We unfortunately encounter many marketplace tubs that are waterlogged or have damaged parts and therefore either can’t be moved and/or are likely to have repair costs that exceed the purchase cost. Will you dispose of my old hot tub for me?
If your tub can be refurbished, we’re also happy to provide a quote on what we would pay for your tub to refurbish it for a customer seeking a refurbished tub.

There is no mileage fee within a 20-mile radius of our Ellisville, MO showroom. If your location is beyond 20 miles but within 100 miles, your service and/or delivery quote will include a modest milage fee (calculated transparently using the milage & our per mile fee) for the inbound and outbound trips.
